Belonging
What keeps you motivated
after so many years at KUROTEC?

He started with the most basic tasks: laminating, cutting and preparation. Materials, processes and the German language were new to him. He learned by observing, practicing and relying on the support of experienced colleagues. A particularly formative period was working on site together with a German colleague, installing, laminating and assembling components. Those months laid a strong foundation both technically and linguistically.
Today, Zbigniew is a foreman in piping construction. He values the variety of his work, from laminating to assembly and component preparation. Challenging tasks motivate him and create a sense of pride once completed. His team consists of skilled professionals, many of whom have worked with him for ten to twenty years. He supports new colleagues with patience and clarity, believing that progress comes through willingness to learn and commitment.

Success comes when you are willing to learn.
Zbigniew Witek comes from Poland and has been part of KUROTEC since the year 2000. In the 1990s, he first worked with the company through his Polish installation firm on joint projects. These assignments lasted several years before he returned home. In 2000, he made a conscious decision to stay and build a long term future at KUROTEC.
