after so many years at KUROTEC?
In 2019, a friend recommended KUROTEC-KTS to him. With no prior knowledge of GRP or laminating, but with curiosity and strong motivation, Tiago joined the company. Day by day, he learned new technical skills and developed a deep understanding of materials, processes and teamwork.
Today, Tiago is a foreman with responsibility for people and workflows. He values collaboration and gives his full commitment to every task. For him, quality is inseparable from responsibility and trust, both toward colleagues and the work itself.

Tiago Ribeiro came to Germany from Portugal in 2013, at a time when stable work was hard to find at home. He started with various temporary jobs in warehouses, restaurants and bakeries, always with the goal of building a long term future.
