after so many years at KUROTEC?
He started on the shop floor, sanding and laminating GRP parts by hand before switching to thermoplastic processing. Training courses in Germany and Switzerland followed, and Rosendo qualified as a certified plastics technician. Step by step he took on more responsibility, eventually becoming head of his own department and running projects from Scandinavia to southern Europe.
For Rosendo, quality is more than a technical metric—it is a sign of respect for customers and colleagues alike. “Every finished vessel hides a thousand tiny decisions,” he says, “and every one of them matters.”

Born in Galicia, Spain, Rosendo moved to northern Germany with his parents in the 1980s and grew up bilingual—a skill that later smoothed his path into the workplace. He first crossed paths with KUROTEC while on holiday in Spain, speaking with the man who is now our Managing Director. Just weeks later, 24-year-old Rosendo joined the team.
