Grzegorgz Szczepanek:
From construction to responsibility

I treat the company as if it were my own.

Responsibility

I need to touch, understand and improve things.

Hands on work

Short communication paths, open dialogue with management and no empty promises.

Reliability

What keeps you motivated
after so many years at KUROTEC?

As a trained mechanical engineering technician, Grzegorz joined KUROTEC in 2002 as a laminator. His technical understanding and passion for construction, isometric drawings and problem solving quickly became clear. Before long, he moved into assembly work and began taking on greater responsibility.

Today, Grzegorz is one of the most versatile employees at KUROTEC. He works in tank construction, supports CNC maintenance, manages the tool warehouse, assists Polish speaking colleagues and coordinates between office and production. He identifies gaps in processes and ensures they are closed. He is particularly proud of projects where complete systems were rebuilt from concept to finished machine, benefiting both customers and colleagues alike.

I see where something is missing and help to solve it.

Grzegorz Szczepanek comes from Poland. His original plan was to study mechanical engineering, but financial limitations stood in the way. Instead, he spent several years doing physically demanding work on farms and in forestry in Austria. Two years later, his brother in law brought him to Germany, a step that marked the beginning of a long term journey.
